Our products on this web site are generally broken down into two categories - Basic and Deluxe. Basic badges will have a single preformatted  color and have no graphics added - or strictly a text only badge on white plastic.  The Deluxe badges can have specific colors, logos and are typically custom designed to suit your particular needs. Be sure you’re looking in the correct column for the pricing of the product you’re in need of.  Feel free to contact us for clarification if you have questions.

Our badges on this web site come with a clip-strap attachment and are printed on white plastic.

 

Nylon cord lanyards are available as an upgrade, Add $1.00 each for Black or Add $1.25 each for Royal Blue, Red or Yellow.

 

Colored plastics are available as an optional upgrade and may help in color coding for various access levels or distinguishing types of visitors.

Gold, Sliver or Copper plastic, Add $.35 per badge.

Tan, Grey, Red, Yellow, Orange, Light Blue, Hospital Blue, Green or Cranberry, Add $.20 per badge.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the print process that the colored plastic may affect the color output and appearance of your logo or other artwork.  It’s usually best to use the colored plastics with the basic badges.

 

Reverse Side Printing

We can print on the reverse side of these badges, doing this in color adds $2.00 per badge.  Reverse print in Black only text adds $1.00 per badge.

Generic Visitor Badges are sold only in packages of 25, 50 or 100 with pricing as follows:

25 Generic Visitor Badges for $68.75,  50 Generic Visitor Badges for $125.00

100 Generic Visitor Badges for $225.00

There are no setup charges on reorders of the same design, Artwork/setup charges do not apply to Basic or Generic orders, only to the Deluxe versions.

Orders 25 pieces and under the Artwork / Setup charge is $30

Orders over 25 pieces the Artwork / Setup charge is $25

Very Simple designs may have the Artwork / Setup charge reduced at our discretion.

Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail (via the United States Postal Service) with delivery confirmation service for $6.00 for orders up to one pound.  Orders one to two pounds will be $6.50 to $11.50 depending on location.  All orders over two pounds will be quoted on a case by case basis. Tracking numbers are available.

We make every effort to complete most orders in two to three business days. Large orders will of course take longer. If you need a rush order, please contact us for details regarding extra production charges and expedited shipping costs.
